CLAIMS, RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Claims must be made within 24 hours of delivery.

No goods will be accepted for return without prior approval in writing.  Contact us via email info@c5australia.com

Goods must be returned in their original condition, their original packaging with all original instruction booklets, documents, warranty cards.

Customer will need to pay for and organise return delivery. 

On return of the goods in resale condition, you will be refunded your original purchase price minus the original delivery cost and minus any restocking fees (if applicable).  The refund will be made by the same method as the original payment method.

We have the right to refuse returns if the goods are not faulty.

Depending on the products being returned we may charge up to 25% restocking fee if incorrect items were ordered or change of customer requirements or change of mind.  

Special equipment orders cannot be returned or refunded.

Goods Damaged in Transit

If your order has been received and the packaging looks like it has been damaged in transit, ask the delivery driver to acknowledge and sign that the parcel was received damaged. Take photos of package before opening and contact us immediately via email @ info@c5australia.com attaching the photos taken.
