Delivery is available in most areas within Australia, New Zealand and the Pacific Islands.
We use various delivery services including commercial couriers and Australia Post.
The method and cost of delivery will depend on your nominated delivery address and the type of goods to be delivered.  


If you wish to confirm your freight charges for equipment prior to ordering, please call us on 02 9316 7878 or email info@c5australia.com along with details of the full delivery address.

Equipment deliveries are made to street level only. More complex deliveries may incur extra charges, please call us. 


Freight charges may not be added automatically to your shopping for all items, for example, regional and remote areas.


For equipment purchases, if you or your nominee is not present at the time of delivery, your goods will not be delivered and an additional delivery charge will apply if the goods need to be redelivered.

Delivery times and dates are estimates only and are subject to change due to events out of our control like traffic, postal delays, our couriers and other events, therefore we cannot guarantee delivery on the date we arrange with you.

Goods that are shipped by C5 Australia are not insured unless you notify us prior to delivery and pay for the appropriate freight fee to include insurance.  C5 Australia is not responsible for Goods damaged in transit if insurance is not taken out prior to delivery.

You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery of any damage to Goods or if the Goods are inconsistent with your order. If you fail to notify us, and to the extent permitted by law, you will otherwise be deemed to have accepted the Goods.
